What is “Real-Time Ridesharing?”
Unlike traditional carpooling, where you plan rides days or weeks in advance, the Avego rideshare software allows riders and drivers headed the same way to arrange a shared ride in real-time — right now.
Real-time ridesharing aims to be more flexible and convenient than traditional carpooling, because neither rider nor driver have an obligation to continue riding with each other after a shared trip. Users have the freedom to find other WeGo users to ride with.
You have no commitment to ride with the same person again. Make a brand new real-time carpool when you’re ready to get to your next destination! This is the beauty of real-time ridesharing: flexibility to ride with anyone, anytime.

2. Create your ridesharing profile with the FREE “Avego” app for iPhone and Android; or go online.
3. Be sure to add your commute schedules AND a great photo of yourself in your profile.
4. Like WeGo Sonoma on Facebook (to further engage with your rideshare community!)
5. Refer your friends who live, learn, or work in Sonoma County and you’ll earn referral bonuses!
