Getting Started
WeGo Rideshare uses the Avego smartphone app to help drivers and riders find each other and schedule rides, either in advance or in real time. It takes carpooling to the next level, adding flexibility to your commute! WeGo Rideshare users will benefit from commuter incentives offered by the Contra Costa Centre as well as special rewards developed to help kickstart use of WeGo. Registering for the program and downloading the app is easy – it will save you time and money and help the environment too!
After you sign up using the registration form above, you will then be directed to download either the iPhone app or the Android app for free. Don’t have a smartphone? You can still use the Avego app as a rider by logging in on your PC to search for a ride and then sending a text message for a PIN to 909-203-7573. Start sharing the ride today!
